A Forbes article from June 2023 shared the results of an intriguing women’s networking report conducted by Chief.  The report found that over 80% of women use networking to secure paid board seats, c-suite positions, and negotiate for higher pay. More than 70% of women have used networking to achieve organizational goals such as winning new business, implementing new frameworks or models, leading successful projects, improving processes, and saving money for their team or organization.

It’s no surprise that networking is one of the most effective ways to support or advance their personal growth.  However, it is also one of the top skill sets that women report causes feelings of anxiety.

For this reason, Women Who Succeed is excited to host our Summer Soiree- a social and networking event for all members and mentees!

Share Your Expertise: Monthly Workshop Sign-Up 

We’re looking for mentors to share their expertise with our mentees during our monthly workshops. Each month, we focus on a different topic from our Women Who Succeed workbook. If you have knowledge and experience in areas such as Leadership & Confidence, Financial Literacy, Career Exploration, and more, we would love to have you participate.

We know many of you have already submitted your preferences from the initial sign-up, and those who signed up early will have higher priority. However, we want to extend the invitation to all mentors and members to ensure we have a diverse range of voices and expertise. Speakers will be selected by the first week of August.
