Rhonda Nicoloff is an impressive woman who worked her way from an entry-level position at A&K Railroad Materials to its president and co-owner. While working hard to build her career, Rhonda also made time to raise a family and earn alum status at Harvard, completing their OPM (Owner, President, Manager) program. Following her railroad career, Rhonda started her own company called REBL Consulting.
