Dr. Deneece Huftalin, the president of Salt Lake Community College, shares how her husband Tim took on a full-time parent role and enabled her to focus on her career goals. Before she became SLCC president in 2014, Deneece served at SLCC for nearly three decades. Due to her tireless efforts to strengthen overall completion rates, transfer pathways, workforce responsiveness, and equality of student access and completion, Salt Lake Community College, its student body, and our community have thrived.
