Kathi Garff, Chair of Ken Gaff Enterprises and Board Chair of the Success in Education Foundation, and Erin Trenbeath-Murray, VP of Success in Education, were inspired to launch Women Who Succeed in March 2021 to help build confidence and grow leadership skills in young women across Utah. Listen in as both Kathi and Erin name their own mothers as their most influential role models. Kathi’s compass and character are a result of watching her own mother respond to interruptions with grace and dignity. While Erin shares that her mom, Lynn, was the best example of how you can be a hardworking, hands-on parent and professional at the same time.
